A memorandum of agreement between M.A. Macleod, acting attorney or agent for Jardine, Matheson & Co. of Hong Kong, and Eugenio de Otadui, sole partner of E. de Otadui & Co., of the arrangements for avoiding the latter's bankruptcy, the company being indebted to Jardine Matheson and others, dated Manila, 1 May 1846.
